  • Build and maintain financial models and valuation analyses to evaluate potential opportunities and support capital raising efforts
  • Prepare investment memos, presentations, and proposals for senior management, potential investors, and other stakeholders
  • Support negotiations of deal terms and the preparation of legal documentation
  • Monitor and report on the progress of portfolio companies
  • Develop an understanding of emerging trends and industry dynamics
  • Enhance current corporate development processes
