Requirements
  • Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university.
  • Minimum of 5 or more years of experience in engineering/manufacturing environment.
  • Experience in MRP accuracy, forecasting and demand creation.
  • Working knowledge reading and interpreting technical drawings.
  • Prior experience in analyzing and interpreting technical procedures for planning functions. Including PLM to ERP data cleanliness.
  • Solid multi-tasking with the ability to manage multiple assignments concurrently.
  • In-depth knowledge of Microsoft suite of products as well as ERP software.
Responsibilities
  • Develops, implements, and maintains manufacturing plans, coordinates scheduling and builds project details as required.
  • Identify material requirements, lead times and shortages for NPI to production product lines.
  • Collaborates with the purchasing department to evaluate and consider make/buy decisions.
  • Coordinates and expedites the flow of materials within internal work centers and external suppliers.
  • Analyses inventory and usage to determine procurement quantities and manage raw material inventories.
  • Develops work statements and sequencing of data driven supply chain processes through collaboration and partnership with internal business shareholders.
  • Reviews, maintains, and monitors ERP data integrity to continuously improve product delivery.
  • Ensure that procedures and work instructions are conformed to on a consistent basis.
  • Provides ad hoc analysis to leadership for the purpose of identifying appropriate material readiness and supply chain risks.
