Responsibilities
  • Execute and maintain the training roadmap. Develop and deliver technical training content in various formats (instructor-led, recorded, interactive eLearning, labs)
  • Work closely with R&D, Product Management, and Security Services teams to ensure training content accuracy and relevance.
  • Manage and maintain Knowledge Management systems for the Security Services team.
  • Support and improve the Security Services Certification Program.
  • Assess and address training needs based on user feedback and organizational requirements.
  • Manage and mentor a team of technical trainers and content developers, including performance management, career development, and workload distribution.
  • Design career progression frameworks and learning paths for security professionals across different roles.
  • Oversee the administration and optimization of Learning Management System (LMS) and other training platforms.
  • Evaluate and recommend new training technologies and tools to enhance learning effectiveness.
  • Maintain training environment infrastructure, including virtual labs and simulation platforms.
  • Track and report on team KPIs, training effectiveness metrics, and budget utilization.
  • Partner with HR to align training programs with company-wide professional development initiatives.
Desired Qualifications
  • CompTIA CTT+ Technical Trainer certification a plus
  • Computer and/or network security: Security Monitoring, Incident Response, Threat Hunting, Threat Intelligence

The two companies entered into a definitive agreement on December 15, 2024.
