Responsibilities
  • Evaluate customer interest generated through a variety of channels and follow-up within required timeframes.
  • Learn and apply strategic techniques to identify potential customers and uncover key contacts within target accounts.
  • Serve as a trusted advisor to prospects, helping them understand the value of our solutions.
  • Showcase Genesys products and capabilities through high-level product demonstrations.
  • Meet quarterly goals by transforming leads into opportunities, tracking key performance indicators, and maintaining strong follow-up practices.
