Requirements
  • 3-5 years of customer-facing experience in Solutions Consulting, Pre-Sales Engineering, supply chain/logistics transformation, or Transportation Management System/Freight audit and payment firm or technology
  • 3+ years of direct involvement in the Transportation, Logistics, Freight Pay & Audit and / or Supply Chain Industries
  • Ability to lead large groups of people to meet critical goals
  • Ability to quantify business value
  • Ability to proactively identify and communicate risks and opportunities
  • Ability to lead process mapping, whiteboard sessions on workflows for implementations, create current and future state flows
  • Ability to travel up to 20%
Responsibilities
  • Advise prospective and current customers on how Loop will solve their pains and enable them to unlock value trapped within their supply chain
  • Identify where Loop’s platform can impact customers most through a deep understanding of customer processes, mapped to Loop capabilities, and demonstrated live in the application
  • Be deeply involved with Product, Engineering, and Sales, ensuring seamless customer onboarding process and that new product requests are captured and tracked
