Release Manager

You’ll work closely with clients to implement an Agile delivery and release model, deploy solutions, and deliver enhanced capabilities to the organization. You’ll move quickly in an exciting and fluid environment to guide the Agile development of a project roadmap, establish project milestones, and implement metrics to track progress while bringing people together to make a tangible difference.

You Have: 

• 3+ years of experience conducting PI Planning with as a Release Train Engineer and managing team alignment to overall program goals

• Experience in a consulting firm supporting and working directly with government clients, stakeholders, and delivery partners

• Ability to work with the Product Management team and Scrum Masters to ensure alignment of work performed to overall program increment goals, schedule, risk, and scope

• Ability to coordinate production deployment cycles and facilitation of approval meetings leading up to the final deployment activities

• Bachelor’s degree

• IRS Suitability

• Scrum Master Certification

Nice If You Have: 

• Experience working with teaming partners and vendors to prioritize program backlog, align resources and monitor dependencies

• Ability to organize and coordinate demo preparations and presentationsand serve as the main point of contact for production deployment

• Ability to coordinate to prepare deployed capabilities for transition to O&M

• Master’s degree

• Certified SAFe Agilist Certification

Salary at Booz Allen is determined by various factors, including but not limited to location, the individual’s particular combination of education, knowledge, skills, competencies, and experience, as well as contract-specific affordability and organizational requirements. The projected compensation range for this position is $84,600.00 to $193,000.00 (annualized USD). The estimate displayed represents the typical salary range for this position and is just one component of Booz Allen’s total compensation package for employees.
