Responsibilities
  • Recruit US Fundamental Equity talent to the firm including PMs, Associate PMs, and Analysts
  • Run sourcing process including mapping, target lists, and relationship maintenance
  • Interacting with candidates throughout the full life cycle recruiting process – from initial call to becoming an employee of the firm
  • Be the go-between in negotiating contract terms with candidates
  • Work with existing internal and PMs and analysts to promote Schonfeld culture and facilitate dialogue with senior management
  • Represent the firm to external counterparts, specifically Sell Side and Agency partners
