Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Intelligence, or a related field.
  • 5+ years of experience in market research, strategy, or a related role within the intelligence community or technology sectors. Experience with OSINT market is preferred.
  • Proven track of building and executing sales strategies from the ground up.
  • Deep understanding of the intelligence market.
  • Entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to thrive in a start-up environment.
  • Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills, with the ability to translate data into actionable insights.

Responsibilities
  • Sales Strategy Development: Develop in the first 90 days and execute afterwards a comprehensive sales strategy, targeting key federal and commercial accounts within the intelligence community. Define goals, identify opportunities, and establish sales processes and pricing strategies that align with our vision and capabilities.
  • Market Research & Analysis: Conduct comprehensive market research to understand trends, competitive landscapes, customer needs, and emerging opportunities within the OSINT space. Proactively identify potential customers within the federal market. Initiate contact through cold outreach, networking, and leveraging industry connections to introduce and sell our OSINT products, effectively communicating their value proposition to meet the specific needs of each potential client.
  • Competitive Intelligence: Analyze competitors' products, pricing, and marketing strategies to identify opportunities for differentiation. Gather and analyze customer feedback to identify areas for improvement in both product offerings and market approach. Use this information to influence product development and marketing tactics.
  • Product Launch Planning: Collaborate with product management to plan and execute product launches. Define key milestones, deliverables, and metrics for success. Develop tools and materials that support the sales process, including customer case studies.
  • Performance Metrics: Establish KPIs to measure the success of go-to-market initiatives. Continuously monitor and analyze these metrics to refine strategies and improve outcomes.
  • Reporting & Communication: Prepare regular reports and presentations for the leadership team, summarizing market insights, strategy updates, and performance metrics. Effectively communicate findings and recommendations to drive decision-making.
