  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
  • 8+ years of experience marketing in fintech, wealth management or a related industry.
  • Proven track record of successfully launching and marketing fintech software or financial products.
  • Strong understanding of sustainable investing and ESG (Environmental, Social, Governance) principles.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a talent for storytelling.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to leverage data to drive decision-making.
  • Strong project management and organizational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Collaborative team player with the ability to build relationships across functions.
Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute comprehensive go-to-market strategies for new product launches, including positioning, messaging, and competitive differentiation.
  • Conduct market research and engage clients to understand customer needs, market trends, and competitive landscape to inform product development and marketing strategies.
  • Craft clear and compelling product positioning and messaging that resonates with target audiences and differentiates our products in the market.
  • In conjunction with the content team you will develop a variety of marketing materials including product brochures, whitepapers, case studies, and sales presentations.
  • Help identify and plan integrated marketing campaigns to drive product awareness, adoption, and retention.
  • Provide the sales team with the tools and training they need to effectively sell our products, including sales decks, product demos, and competitive battle cards.
  • Collaborate with Product Management to ensure customer feedback is integrated into the product development process and marketing strategies.
