- Currently studying the final year of a bachelor's or master's degree in Business Administration, Psychology, Human Resources, or a similar field.
- Must be able to sign a six-month university internship agreement for 40 hours per week.
- High level of English and Spanish is required.
- Good communication skills and ability to interact well with people are required.
- Publish and manage vacancies on different job portals.
- Conduct initial curriculum screening.
- Participate in pre-screening interviews.
- Prepare candidate reports for managers.
- Collaborate on searches for candidate profiles.
- Coordinate with labor teams to follow up on new-hire registrations and with information technology teams to assign equipment and access to new hires.
- Support administrative tasks including managing university agreements, sending forms, coordinating technical tests, and coordinating internal events.
- Previous experience in human resources is valued.
- Proactive, solution-oriented, adaptable, and willing to learn and work in dynamic environments.
