What believers are saying

  • June 2026 Artemis II support showcases relevance on flagship NASA programs.
  • May 2026 Tranche 1 completion strengthens recompetes for SDA Tranche 2 and future architectures.
  • March 2026 CMMI Level 3 and April 2026 Everfox improve credibility with U.S. and European buyers.

What critics are saying

  • Defense customers L3Harris, Lockheed Martin, and SDA dominate revenue, risking severe concentration.
  • AMDT3 and Tranche 2 schedules create execution pressure; any slip delays follow-on awards.
  • Cyber-secure space avionics face commoditization; hyperscalers and prime contractors can displace Innoflight.

What makes Innoflight unique

  • Innoflight combines radiation-tolerant avionics, encryption, networking, processing, and timing in one stack.
  • May 2026 SDA Tranche 1 delivery proves flight heritage across 4,000+ units and multiple orbits.

INNOFLIGHT AND PARSIMONI PARTNER TO EXPAND SECURE SPACE COMPUTING CAPABILITIES FOR U.S. AND EUROPEAN MARKETS

Innoflight and Parsimoni partner to expand secure space computing capabilities for U.S. And European markets. San Diego, CA / Pau, France - Innoflight, a premier supplier of cyber-secure space avionics, and Parsimoni, a leading provider of optimized, secure, and flexible payload operating systems, announced a strategic partnership to develop and deliver Innoflight's innovative Compact Flight Computer (CFC-400XS) equipped with Parsimoni's SpaceOS - a next-generation operating system purpose-built for software-defined satellites. Innoflight's radiation-tolerant, heritage, and high-performance CFC-400XS is a compact, low size, weight, and power (SWaP) processing platform engineered for a wide range of applications, including on-board computing (OBC), mission data processing (MDP), and networking functions such as switches and routers. To date, Innoflight has sold more than 200 CFC-400XS units, with over 50 units successfully operating in both low earth orbit (LEO) and geosynchronous earth orbit (GEO). Parsimoni's SpaceOS introduces a transformative approach to satellite computing through its formally verified unikernel-based software architecture. By allowing each application to run with only the code it requires, SpaceOS drastically reduces system size (up to 20x smaller than traditional operating systems), enhances security (zero trust and post-quantum cryptography), and optimizes performance (run on demand, utilizing less memory and processor resources). The result is a lightweight, secure-by-design platform that enables satellites to run multiple applications, receive seamless updates, and maintain high reliability while mitigating cyber risks. SpaceOS' strict payload software isolation maximizes the efficiency of in-orbit resource utilization. In doing so, it unlocks new revenue opportunities for satellite operators - enabling them to meet internal mission needs while seamlessly monetizing any unused capacity. Together, the CFC-400XS and SpaceOS deliver a powerful, efficient, and secure computing environment designed for next-generation "smart" (i.e. software-defined) satellite missions and advanced space applications. "Teaming with Parsimoni brings to market a new, secure, lightweight hardware - software solution tailored for modern space missions," said Vincent Gagnon, Innoflight Chief Revenue Officer. "Our goal is to make this groundbreaking capability available to U.S. and European customers in the near term." "This collaboration marks a significant milestone in bridging transatlantic innovation in the space industry," said Miklos Tomka, Parsimoni CEO and Co-Founder. "Both companies share a commitment to interoperability, mission assurance, and accelerating the deployment of secure, high-performance processing platforms for space vehicle buses and payloads." Innoflight is a leading space Non-traditional Defense Contractor (NDC) founded in 2004. Innoflight is AS9100D and ISO 9001 certified, and develops innovative, radiation tolerant by design, and integrated cyber secure space avionics solutions, suited for space vehicle buses and payloads. Innoflight's cutting-edge and mission critical communications, networking, cyber security, processing, and integrated electronics solutions support the most advanced space missions. After 20 years, Innoflight continues to revolutionize the space industry and excels in modular, high performance, and low Size Weight and Power (SWaP) hardware and software solutions with successful flight heritage in multiple orbits. Its customers include the U.S. Government and allies, major defense prime contractors, satellite bus providers, and new space developers. Website: innoflight.com. Parsimoni is transforming space mission operations with SpaceOS - a secure, modular operating system engineered to simplify and streamline spacecraft payload integration. Designed to balance software agility with space-grade reliability, SpaceOS delivers a unified platform for managing, simulating, and commanding spacecraft payload hardware. By enabling rapid configuration and deployment of software-defined space systems, Parsimoni empowers developers and operators to reduce mission complexity, strengthen cybersecurity, and accelerate time to orbit. With growing adoption across government and commercial programs, Parsimoni is redefining how spacecraft software supports the next generation of global space missions. Website: parsimoni.co.
