Responsibilities
  • Provide direct, person-centered nursing care to residents in collaboration with the interdisciplinary team.
  • Perform resident assessments using the nursing process and apply nursing knowledge, skills, and clinical judgment.
  • Plan, implement, and evaluate nursing care.
