Responsibilities
  • Work closely with Sales to drive new opportunities, track deal progression, and measure impact on pipeline and revenue.
  • Partner with Account Executives to identify, prioritize, and engage high-potential accounts, using insights to accelerate deal cycles and maximize revenue opportunities.
  • Develop tailored strategies for strategic accounts, aligning with Sales on key initiatives to deepen relationships and move deals through the pipeline efficiently.
  • Identify, develop, and nurture relationships with homebuilders, influencers, and industry brands to generate new revenue streams and create a scalable partner ecosystem.
  • Collaborate with marketing and product teams to create compelling partner marketing assets, including case studies, whitepapers, and co-branded content.
  • Establish KPIs for partnerships and business development, including meetings, opportunities, and partner funnel metrics, and deliver regular performance insights to leadership.
