Requirements
- Five to eight years of experience, ideally in hospitality.
- A diploma from a recognized college in Architecture.
- A minimum of five years of full-time experience within the last year in a similar position involving hospitality design.
- Deep understanding of Revit and Adobe Suite.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Word and Excel, email, and the internet.
- Organization and attention to detail, with the ability to be proactive, take initiative, and work independently without extensive oversight.
- Outstanding communication skills.
- Willingness to teach and learn.
Responsibilities
- Participate in and lead design sessions.
- Participate in client meetings and presentations.
- Aid in producing project documents from concept design through construction documents.
- Complete construction administration on site and within the office.
- Participate in marketing endeavors.
- Give and receive technical direction.
- Serve as Project Manager on multiple projects and work as a team member on other projects as needed.
- Coordinate with consultants.
- Manage personal and team time effectively.
- Manage project budgets effectively.
- Work in concert with the Interior Design team.
- Multitask and establish priorities in a fast-paced environment.
