Requirements
  • 3+ years sales and/or account management experience
  • Experience within a professional services, recruitment or SaaS

  • Excellent communication with experience working with internal and external senior stakeholders
  • Experience managing sales processes from cradle to grave
  • Experience with F2F sales meetings

Responsibilities
  • Support and grow our existing accounts by focussing on solving customer problems
  • Grow Revenues year-on-year within the accounts you manage, build more key contacts and expand into new business units/lines of business
  • Drive forward and close the leads that our BDR teams generate
  • Work with the Head of Client Growth to create account growth strategy for all of the accounts you manage
  • Build effective relationships with internal stakeholders - sales, delivery, talent, finance, operations, learning and admin
  • Understand your revenues and profit on all accounts - treat each account as your own P&L!
  • Identify problems and solutions with senior stakeholders to gain credibility and open new doors
  • Work within our customer ecosystem (delivery, sales and talent) to ensure maximum value is delivered to our customers
  • Strive towards Cprime becoming the number one choice of supplier to our clients
  • Learn and continually build upon Cprime's services and offerings
  • Regularly visit client sites in order to drive Business Development opportunities
  • Ensure that metrics, measurements and case studies are being created from engagements
  • Work closely with the BDR team to provide market insight and campaign direction
