What this opportunity involves:
We are looking for a Facilities Manager responsible for leading the Law Enforcement Account in forging a lasting, open and collaborative relationship with clients through the delivery of a unique and authentic experience. You will also lead vendor group to manage the tactical delivery of facilities management services to the site, including engagement with on-site business units, management of reactive and preventative maintenance work, support Sustainability delivery, control, and coordination of works in relation to site operations.
Reporting to the Regional Workplace Lead, some key responsibilities of the role are:
- Actively encourage an environment that supports teamwork, co-operation, performance excellence and personal success
- Monitor and develop procedures to ensure client’s expectations are conveyed and worked upon
- Manage vendor procurement processes in accordance with agreed client procurement guidelines as well as JLL’s procurement best practices
- Ensure that the site’s financial operations are meeting targets and control requirements
- Delivery of facilities management services to a portfolio of sites, including engagement with on-site business units, management of reactive and preventative maintenance work, support Sustainability delivery, control, and coordination of works in relation to site operations.

The suitable candidate will have an ability to communicate with people at all levels including commercial tenants and contractors. A sound knowledge of tenant relations, FM service delivery and contractor management are essential, and you’ll have proven operational experience in Facilities Management in a similar premium commercial environment.
Excellent communication skills are important and we'll expect you to work independently, multi-task, and manage your time to meet deadlines. Most importantly, you'll want to work as part of a diverse, supportive, and talented team.
