Requirements
- Experience in Sales
- Demonstrated history of consistent goal achievement in highly competitive environment
- Excellent presentation, verbal, and written communication skills
- Experience with cold calling and writing creative email messages
- Energetic, upbeat, entrepreneurial, tenacious team player
- Experience working within a quota and commission structure
- College degree or equivalent work experience
- Desire to grow and advance your career in sales
- Familiarity with database, SaaS, and open source technology a plus
- Familiarity with databases, web servers, and open-source technology
- Working experience with Salesforce.com or tools like Outreach
Responsibilities
- Drive incremental consumption and retention within existing Atlas Customers by identifying new use cases and enabling feature adoption
- Manage the full sale cycle for 150+ customer accounts
- Cultivate net new workloads from existing clients
- Understand the product signals to provide guidance and support to our customers
- Become a trusted advisor, strategically maintain and grow relationships with CTOs, Engineering/IT Leaders, & technical end users
