- Gather, manipulate, and analyze member claims data to identify trends and provide actionable insights for large claims
- Perform time-series forecasting and causal inference to support decision-making and strategic planning
- Utilize Microsoft Power BI, SAP Business Objects, SAS, SQL, and Python to create comprehensive data analyses and visualizations
- Develop and implement data engineering and machine learning applications to enhance data processing and analysis capabilities
- Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand their needs and translate them into actionable data insights
- Ensure data integrity and quality by implementing best practices for data collection, storage, and processing
- Provide technical support and guidance on data analysis and business intelligence tools
- Communicate complex data insights and technical information effectively to non-technical stakeholders
- Proactively identify potential risks in data management and propose effective solutions
