Requirements
  • 2+ years of experience working in a sensitive hardware development and/or manufacturing facility
  • Bachelor's degree in a STEM related field is nice to have but not required
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Familiarity with electrical engineering lab equipment and practices
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with rapidly changing priorities and deadlines
  • Understanding of electrostatic discharge (ESD) and high voltage (HV) safety and working guidelines
  • Familiarity with G-suite tools
  • Familiarity with Microsoft Office
  • Familiarity with Jira/Confluence
  • Comfortable with both hand tools and various computer-based tools
  • Flexibility to perform work in a variety of conditions
  • Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and spend large portions of the day moving around and between various lab areas
Responsibilities
  • Perform, support, and champion lab organization and cleanliness
  • Help establish and enforce safety guidelines and best practices in all lab areas
  • Responsible for documenting and maintaining a fleet of both rental and owned test equipment
  • Inventory management of lab supplies and consumables
  • Work with supply chain and finance to reduce equipment procurement costs
  • Manage calibration and repairs of lab equipment
  • Help manage hazardous waste and e-waste programs
  • Support the rest of the team with other facility-related projects
  • Support engineering teams with test assistance when required and as available
