Requirements
  • Experience managing projects and leading conversations with external stakeholders to drive business goals
  • Four-year college degree required. Coursework emphasis in business/marketing strongly preferred
  • 5+ years work experience in a related field, themed entertainment a plus
  • Strong communication skills with internal colleagues and third party partners
  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint and presentation software programs required
  • Clear understanding and demonstrated working application of marketing principles required
  • Sensitivity and consideration of global cultural nuances
  • Strong writing and grammar skills and ability to clearly articulate point of view
  • Strong understanding of licensing preferred
  • Proficient organizations skills and ability to self-manage and prioritize
  • Must have the ability to communicate effectively and tactfully with persons on all levels and cultures, in-person and virtually
  • Must have the ability to pay close attention to detail and understand written and oral instructions
  • Strong project management skills as well as task prioritization

Responsibilities
  • Manages brand strategy and marketing approval for experience projects including but not limited to: Harry Potter: Magic at Play, Harry Potter: A Forbidden Forest Experience, and Harry Potter: A Yule Ball Celebration
  • Managing projects and relationships with third party experience licensees, including managing weekly calls, leading review on marketing plans and strategies, and project managing marketing submissions as needed
  • Supports the Director, Global Franchise Management and Marketing by executing marketing materials against strategic direction
  • Develops and maintains relationships with stakeholders and relevant internal and external constituents to establish a reliable and timely flow of information and submission materials, particularly WBD teams such as the Global Themed Entertainment, Category, Retail, Creative, Finance, Legal, and Warner Bros. Discovery international offices
  • Directly supports third party licensees enabling them to properly develop all marketing and promotional materials adhering to the Brand Guidelines of the respective Harry Potter and Live Action theatrical brand
  • Support the development of department franchise needs including creating and updating reference materials and communication tools for internal and external stakeholders
