Requirements
  • A four-year degree or equivalent experience is required.
  • At least 2 years of experience in Target Supply Chain or Merchandising roles is required.
  • A working understanding of Target Inventory Management replenishment systems is required.
  • Excellent analytical ability is required.
  • Strong project management skills are required.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills are required.
  • The ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and take action is required.

Responsibilities
  • Develop and maintain investment grids, financial models, and planning tools used to evaluate seasonal investment opportunities.
  • Analyze sales, margin, inventory, and guest metrics to identify trends, risks, and opportunities.
  • Support end-to-end seasonal investment processes, including data collection, validation, reporting, and leadership review preparation.
  • Create executive-ready analyses and presentations that support investment recommendations and business decisions.
  • Partner with Merchandise Planning, Planning Operations, Finance, Inventory Management, and Technology teams to align inputs and drive actionable outcomes.
  • Partner with global teams and technology partners to support reporting enhancements and process optimization efforts.
  • Maintain and enhance reporting solutions, including Excel- and Domo-based tools and dashboards.
  • Conduct post-season performance reviews and provide insights to improve future investment strategies.
  • Identify opportunities to streamline processes, improve reporting, and increase analytical rigor.
