  • Previous experience promoting AI-driven solutions or innovative technology adoption in healthcare policy.
  • Proven ability to influence and drive policy change in healthcare or technology.
  • Exceptional communication and relationship-building skills with senior government officials and industry leaders.
  • Demonstrated success partnering with internal teams (Commercial, Marketing, Strategy, Product, Legal) to advance business objectives.
Responsibilities
  • Lead all government affairs and public policy initiatives, focusing on federal, state, and local public sector stakeholders.
  • Position our product value proposition with policymakers and government agencies, highlighting proven health and cost-saving outcomes.
  • Develop and manage strategic partnerships with associations and public health organizations to promote digital health adoption.
  • Influence healthcare policy discussions, particularly around digital health and AI applications in population health management.
  • Represent the company in key industry forums, advocacy groups, and government meetings.
  • Partner with Commercial, Marketing, Strategy, and Product teams to align messaging and policy efforts with business goals.
  • Monitor and analyze regulatory and legislative developments impacting digital health, AI, and public sector adoption.
  • Own thought leadership through advocacy, webinars, conferences, white papers, testimony, and driving strategic communications that promote our mission.

Hello Heart provides a digital therapeutics program for cardiovascular health that includes a free blood pressure monitor and a mobile app to track heart metrics and manage conditions, offered through employers and health plans as a covered benefit (B2B2C). The product connects a blood pressure monitor to the app, allowing users to track blood pressure, cholesterol, and medications, with personalized health insights and coaching informed by behavioral science. It stands out by combining medical hardware with targeted cardiovascular care and coaching, delivered through a scalable employer-sponsored model focused on prevention and reducing costs for employers. The goal is to improve population heart health while lowering healthcare expenses by preventing and better managing chronic cardiovascular conditions through technology, monitoring hardware, and behavioral coaching.
