About the position

We are looking for a Regional Manager to join our Spain Sales team and ensure growth and top-tier service within a designated territory. You will be responsible for designing and implementing the business plan in collaboration with the leadership team, expanding existing accounts, delivering tailored solutions for our clients, and attracting new business opportunities within your region.

Responsibilities

Identify opportunities within the assigned geographical area, establishing commercial relationships with key target companies.
Execute commercial strategies to meet new client acquisition targets while ensuring retention and loyalty of existing clients.
Manage the P&L of your region, driving efficiency and profitability goals.
Ensure top-quality service for clients by effectively coordinating with the recruitment team.
Monitor performance using the appropriate systems, tools, and techniques, improving processes to meet both client and company objectives.
Prepare and present progress reports, addressing challenges and proposing solutions.
Provide strong leadership for your direct team, serving as a role model for the entire branch.
Ensure your team is trained and complies with internal control policies established by regional and company leadership.

You have

5+ years of experience in similar roles.
University degree in Business Administration, Economics, Engineering, Statistics, Mathematics, or a related field.
Strong analytical skills, with proficiency in Excel to define reports and understand key metrics.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to interact effectively at different management levels, as well as with business and technical stakeholders.
Proactive mindset with high motivation to go beyond assigned tasks.
Exceptional problem-solving skills, with the ability to structure complex issues and develop creative solutions.
Strategic thinking, balancing day-to-day operational analysis with a big-picture approach.
Strong leadership capabilities to drive team success.
