- Prior experience working with children.

- Lead youth soccer classes using a customized, age-appropriate enrichment curriculum focused on developing the whole child.
- Use individual attention to help every child succeed.
- Use a non-competitive approach to create fun, stress-free classes.
- Use positive reinforcement to encourage children and celebrate their success.
- Attend regular trainings and improve coaching practice.
- Start as an Assistant Coach and progress to Lead Coach after completing required training and onboarding hours.
- Being energetic, fun-loving, reliable, and positive when working with children.
- Availability for classes held Monday through Friday from 9:00 a.m. to 12:00 p.m., Monday through Thursday from 1:00 p.m. to 5:00 p.m., and Saturdays from 9:00 a.m. to 12:00 p.m.
