  • Ability to successfully work as part of a team.
  • Comfortable supporting both Mac/PC
  • Ability to troubleshoot issues with both hardware and software
  • Familiarity of desktop applications, (i.e., Office 365, McAfee AV, VPN, imaging software, etc.)
  • Familiarity of other IT disciplines, (i.e., Telecom, Server operations, Video conference, etc.)
  • Customer Service skills
  • Excellent written and oral communication in English
  • Ability to follow written and verbal instructions
  • Ability to troubleshoot/problem solve
  • Excellent Customer Service skills
  • Ability to communicate effectively
Responsibilities
  • Troubleshoot and resolve IT Help tickets in a timely manner
  • Provide technical support with computer hardware and software
  • Complete IT onboarding and offboarding for all employees
  • Hardware provisioning and desk setups for end users
  • Assist onsite and remote users with IT related inquiries
  • Assist IT Management and other IT teams in other projects as needed
