Requirements
  • A minimum of 7 years of paid media experience, with hands-on experience across paid media channels and platforms, ideally for international or EMEA regions.
  • A proven large-scale, full-funnel media management track record with demonstrated results.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft applications, particularly Excel, including creating charts and pivot tables and running and creating functions, and PowerPoint, including designing slides, implementing design features, and using custom templates.
  • Experience working with a media agency or in-house marketing team.
  • Experience working with demand-side platforms, third-party ad networks, social networks, and Google AdWords/Google Display Network.
  • Experience with Adobe Analytics.
  • A bachelor's degree is required.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • The ability to manage continual change, remain flexible, and deliver quality work under tight deadlines.
Responsibilities
  • Drive commercial business goals through paid media execution across various media channels using a full-funnel strategy.
  • Execute, optimize, and deliver paid media campaigns across regions while supporting the broader media strategy set by leadership.
  • Own end-to-end media planning, channel activation, media optimization, reporting, and performance analysis for always-on digital campaigns.
  • Execute paid media campaigns across digital and offline channels, including display and video, programmatic and direct media, television, connected television, out-of-home, and print.
  • Lead implementation of North America and United Kingdom media plans in collaboration with the media agency and internal stakeholders.
  • Brief content requirements to the brand team and ensure delivery of engaging content tailored to individual digital platforms.
  • Test creative performance across media channels and support creative excellence across platforms.
  • Manage in-platform optimization, pacing, and performance adjustments to ensure campaigns deliver against key performance indicators.
  • Own campaign setup, trafficking, quality assurance, and ongoing monitoring across channels.
  • Analyze campaign performance and provide regular reporting and actionable insights.
  • Support creative, audience, and channel testing plans and track results.
  • Collaborate with customer relationship management, ecommerce, brand, and revenue teams to align campaign execution with business priorities.
  • Manage agency deliverables and ensure projects are executed accurately and on time.
  • Ensure accurate campaign tagging, tracking, and data integrity.
  • Support budget tracking, invoice management, and purchase-order processes.
  • Maintain current knowledge of media platforms, tools, and emerging trends.
  • Communicate media strategy, results, and testing plans to senior stakeholders.
Desired Qualifications
  • Additional knowledge or experience with DV360, Nielsen, Google Analytics, or Tableau.
  • Experience supporting consumer brands, especially travel, hospitality, or luxury brands.
  • International experience.
  • A bachelor's degree in Marketing, Advertising, or Business Administration is preferred.

Royal Caribbean completes $1.25B bond offering to refinance debt

Royal Caribbean Group has completed a registered public offering of $1.25 billion in senior unsecured notes due 2034. The notes, which carry a 5.550% interest rate, will mature on 20 January 2034 unless redeemed earlier. The cruise operator plans to use the net proceeds primarily to repay part of its outstanding floating rate term loan facilities. Any remaining funds will go towards repaying or refinancing other existing debt. BNP Paribas Securities Corp., BofA Securities, Inc., and Citigroup Global Markets Inc. served as lead book-running managers for the offering. The notes were sold pursuant to an automatic shelf registration statement filed with the Securities and Exchange Commission on 29 February 2024. Royal Caribbean Group operates 71 ships across three wholly owned brands.
