Electromagnetic Spectrum Management Analyst

As an Electromagnetic Spectrum (EMS) Management Analyst, you’ll bring your operational, tactical, and technical expertise to work alongside thought leaders in electromagnetic spectrum operations (EMSO) on projects for U.S. Strategic Command (STRATCOM). You’ll use your skills and expertise to research and analyze how space EW capabilities can be incorporated into broader EMS operations.
Work with us to advise and assist with integrated system-level planning and coordination for all EMS systems in support of strategic and global operations, the development of EMS policies and procedures, allocation plans, deconfliction plans, and EMS sharing supporting government implementation processes, and complex management support services in areas of installation, modification, maintenance operation, and EMS supportability of both existing and new communication systems.

You Have:
3+ years of experience as an electromagnetic spectrum manager
Experience with the Global Electromagnetic Spectrum Information System (GEMSIS)
Experience using Spectrum 21
Ability to advise and assist with drafting and coordination of EMS policies and procedures
Ability to provide technical support to DoD policy, plans, and procedures
TS/SCI clearance
HS diploma or GED
Completion of the Air Force Spectrum Operations Course (SOAC) or the Army Electromagnetic Spectrum Manager Course
Nice If You Have:
5+ years of experience as an electromagnetic spectrum manager
Experience conducting comprehensive assessments and evaluations of EMS program goals and objectives
Experience participating in National Spectrum Strategy studies to provide a basis for long-range planning and directly supporting the client’s mission of increasing readiness
Ability to assist with spectrum management support to DoD and STRATCOM sponsored exercises and demonstrations by participating in planning related events, deploying during execution, and providing spectrum management expertise
Bachelor’s degree
Clearance:

Salary at Booz Allen is determined by various factors, including but not limited to location, the individual’s particular combination of education, knowledge, skills, competencies, and experience, as well as contract-specific affordability and organizational requirements. The projected compensation range for this position is $84,600.00 to $193,000.00 (annualized USD). The estimate displayed represents the typical salary range for this position and is just one component of Booz Allen’s total compensation package for employees.
