Requirements

Responsibilities
  • Meet virtually with clients through Zoom and phone appointments.
  • Learn each client's needs, priorities, and coverage goals.
  • Explain life, accident, and supplemental health insurance benefits, coverage, and policy features.
  • Provide needs-based coverage recommendations.
  • Guide clients through applications and enrollment and assist with required documentation.
  • Deliver personalized customer service and build long-term client relationships.
  • Conduct policy reviews, assist with beneficiary updates and policy service requests, and provide ongoing policy support.
  • Assist clients with navigating the claims process when needed.
  • Maintain accurate digital records and follow-up documentation.
  • Follow applicable company procedures and state insurance requirements.
  • Complete virtual onboarding and training and participate in weekly coaching and mentorship.
  • Develop insurance and product knowledge and participate in leadership development opportunities.
  • Collaborate with the virtual team.
Desired Qualifications
  • Previous experience in customer service, client services, insurance, sales, healthcare, banking, financial services, retail, hospitality, education, military, administrative support, call centers, business development, or account management is helpful but not required.
  • Experience with client needs assessment, consultative sales, virtual presentation skills, enrollment procedures, relationship management, compliance education, or customer service development.
  • Strong communication and active listening, professionalism, reliability, self-motivation, organization, time management, problem-solving, critical thinking, coachability, and willingness to learn.
