- Lead and assist with training on administrative tasks, including filing and data entry for guest records and surveys.
- Prepare guest records for services.
- Participate in special events to promote the studio.
- Maintain the cleanliness, organization, and maintenance of the lobby, studio, and public areas, including the restroom.
- Set team expectations for quality service by enforcing organization standards.
- Assist the general manager with social media uploads.
- Experience with salon front-desk systems or the MindBody point-of-sale system.
