Requirements
  • At least 3 years of professional experience as an HR Business Partner or in a similar position
  • Experience in an operational HR environment
  • Excellent communication skills in German and English (C1 or higher)
  • Experience in the conception and operational implementation of strategic HR topics
  • Knowledgeable in providing guidance in regard to compensation strategy, salary planning, promotions, and job re-leveling
  • Solid knowledge in German labor law and ideally in payroll topics
Responsibilities
  • Build trusted relationships with employees, stakeholders, and leaders
  • Identify current challenges and position yourself as a strong sparring partner and problem solver
  • Develop company-wide management and employee development programs
  • Organize and facilitate workshops for local stakeholders on relevant/required topics
  • Work on projects, new tool implementations, and proactive process improvements
  • Train, coach, and advise department leads in developing their leadership skills
