Requirements
  • 3-5 years of financial experience, ideally in investment banking, corporate development, private equity, or management consulting

  • Prepare investment memos and presentations for senior management, investors, and other stakeholders
  • Contribute to the negotiation of deal terms and the preparation of legal documentation
  • Support investor management and investor communication efforts
  • Monitor and report on the progress of portfolio companies
  • Develop an understanding of emerging trends and industry dynamics
  • Enhance current corporate development processes
