- Knowledge of automated clearing house operations and NACHA compliance.
- Experience processing ACH exception-items and disputes, including Demand Nostro Entries (DNEs) and Written Statement of Unauthorized Debit (WSUDs).
- Ability to originate R10s, Notification of Change (NOC) and other manual return items.
- Ability to gather verifications for deposit-exceptions for cardholder account management.
- Experience responding to garnishments, liens, and levies in a timely, accurate, and compliant manner.
- Ability to take phone calls and respond to inquiries from customers, banks, government entities, and internal departments.
- Provide consistent, high-quality customer service that meets or exceeds established standards.
- Proficiency in maintaining spreadsheets related to credit-adjustment activity and creating regular summaries and reports using Access, Excel, and Word.
- Ability to recommend improvements that result in more efficient procedures.
- Understanding and adherence to strict compliance and regulatory requirements.
- Comfortable working within a defined attendance and punctuality policy.
- Perform ACH operational functions within required deadlines and NACHA compliance.
