  • Basic restaurant operation knowledge

Responsibilities
  • Responsible for all activities related to service of the outlet, which includes preparation tasks, training and performing service as per standards set by the hotel.
  • Perform friendly yet discreet and unobtrusive service in: greeting, seating and waiting on all guests using correct service techniques.
  • Perform pre-service and after-service procedures as per standard.
  • Being able to explain all food and beverage items listed on the menu, including ingredients, methods of preparation and proper service.
  • Observe and maintain daily condition of all physical facilities and equipment in the restaurant, public area and make recommendations for corrections and improvement as needed.
  • Responsible to daily take-out orders over the phone or in person
  • Responsible for cash handling
  • Attend and participate at all scheduled meetings and trainings.
  • Give feedback on guest comments or complaints to the management.
