Key Responsibilities:
Assist customers in selecting the correct parts for their vehicles with accuracy and efficiency.
Provide exceptional customer service to both retail and internal customers (service department).
Manage inventory, including ordering, receiving, and stocking parts.
Maintain knowledge of parts products and services, keeping up to date with current offerings and promotions.
Handle parts returns, warranties, and core processing efficiently.
Assist with inventory management and maintain a clean, organized parts department.
Qualifications:
Previous experience as an Automotive Parts Counterperson or in a similar role is preferred.
Strong customer service skills and attention to detail.
Familiarity with Honda parts and accessories is a plus but not required.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining accuracy and professionalism.
Strong communication and organizational skills.
Basic computer skills and experience with inventory systems.
Must have a valid driver's license.
