  • Account management or equivalent experience in a restaurant/hospitality environment
  • At least 2 years of experience managing OpenTable marketing and settings
  • Deep expertise in restaurant operations and management
  • Ability to work at a high level in regard to cross-departmental collaboration
  • Understanding of restaurant industry trends and metrics
  • Confident in consultative sales approach
  • Strong writing, presentation, and interpersonal skills
  • Analytical and data-driven approach for making business decisions
  • Knowledge of Google Suite and Apple products
  • Desire to work independently and with a remote team
  • Valid Driver's License preferred

  • Cultivate and build high-level relationships with restaurants

  • Achieve company goals and sales objectives
  • Track meeting activity in Salesforce
  • Assist with restaurant configuration for reservation optimization
  • Resolve cross-functional issues for restaurant customers
  • Design and implement restaurant-specific marketing programs
  • Gather feedback for product upgrades
  • Educate operators about industry trends
  • Lead restaurant retention rate
  • Attend in-person restaurant meetings up to 75% of the week
