Responsibilities
  • Support the Finance Reinvention Partner Offering Development Lead in shaping, scaling, and continuously evolving differentiated Finance offerings and solutions aligned to market signals, client needs, competitive dynamics, and Accenture’s growth priorities.
  • Collaborate across Finance, Operations, Growth & Strategy, Markets, Solutioning, Analyst Relations, and product/platform teams to develop and maintain client-ready offering assets, differentiated narratives, fit-for-purpose content, and reusable sales materials supporting origination, qualification, solutioning, and pursuit execution.
  • Contribute functional Finance expertise across Order to Cash to strengthen offering relevance, embed differentiated value propositions across the account lifecycle, and improve adoption and reuse of offering content in client conversations and proposals.
  • Support refinement of offering and solution architecture, roadmap priorities, and value propositions based on client needs, market signals, competitor moves, analyst input, and Accenture growth priorities.
  • Translate Finance domain expertise into differentiated Order to Cash offering content, including proof points, solution components, capability narratives, and reusable client-facing assets.
  • Develop Order to Cash offering content addressing customer billing, credit and collections, dispute management, cash application, deductions, revenue leakage, working capital improvement, and artificial-intelligence-enabled receivables operations.
  • Contribute to C-suite and function-specific narratives by articulating how Accenture’s domain, data, artificial intelligence, ecosystem, talent, methods, products, and platforms create measurable Finance reinvention value.
  • Partner with Accenture Research, Growth & Strategy, Analyst Relations, and offering teams to collect and synthesize market intelligence, analyst feedback, win/loss insights, and client demand patterns into stronger offering assets.
  • Maintain fit-for-purpose content for the Finance offering, ensuring products, platforms, assets, data, artificial intelligence, and ecosystem components are clearly represented for solutioning and proposals.
  • Support offering performance tracking by monitoring adoption, pipeline contribution, competitive win themes, proposal usage, and other relevant offering metrics, and escalate insights and recommended actions to the Offering Development Lead.
  • Develop and refresh thought leadership, credentials, demonstrations, points of view, sales plays, and internal enablement content that help scale Finance offering adoption across markets and account teams.
  • Build and manage effective working relationships with Finance Offering Leads, Solution Leads, Operations, Markets, Solutioning, Growth & Strategy, Analyst Relations, product/platform teams, and subject matter experts to align inputs, accelerate content development, and support coordinated go-to-market activation.
  • Identify offering content gaps and emerging capability needs across Finance reinvention, Order to Cash, artificial-intelligence-enabled operations, intelligent automation, analytics, and ecosystem-enabled transformation.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to convert ground-level innovation, client examples, reusable assets, and emerging technologies into scalable offering content and differentiated sales materials.
  • Support investment case development for priority capability gaps by gathering evidence, documenting market demand, and clarifying build, buy, or co-create options for Finance offerings.
  • Act as a Finance offering subject matter expert to help account, sales, and solutioning teams translate offering content into relevant pursuit narratives, qualification materials, and proposal inputs.
  • Support priority pursuits and offering differentiation activities by helping assemble client-ready narratives, competitive proof points, relevant credentials, and solution components.
  • Enable communities of practice, internal campaigns, and knowledge-sharing forums that drive awareness, reuse, and continuous feedback on Finance offering assets and solution content.

Accenture drops LearnVantage focus, shifts $9B to cybersecurity and mid-market expansion

Accenture is shifting its growth strategy, de-emphasising LearnVantage, a learning and training business it built and promoted heavily in 2024. The company mentioned LearnVantage only once on its June 2026 earnings call, listing it amongst AI enablers rather than highlighting it as a standalone growth driver. Meanwhile, Accenture is redirecting resources toward cybersecurity, which has grown from $700 million in fiscal 2016 to $10 billion in fiscal 2025. The company is acquiring a majority stake in an operational technology security specialist, alongside two smaller firms, combining them into a platform for critical infrastructure. These assets generate $208 million in annual recurring revenue, growing at 48%. Accenture's acquisition budget for fiscal 2026 is approximately $9 billion against $73.1 billion in trailing twelve-month revenue. The company has also launched Accenture Edge, targeting mid-market companies. The stock is down 24.3% over the past year.

Accenture acquires Dutch SAP partner McCoy to boost mid-market AI and ERP capabilities

Accenture has agreed to acquire McCoy, a Dutch SAP transformation partner specialising in mid-market companies. Upon closing, McCoy will join Accenture Edge, the firm's mid-market business serving companies with annual revenues between $300 million and $3 billion. Founded in 2012, McCoy operates from the Netherlands with offices in Spain and the Philippines. The company employs over 380 professionals who design, implement and manage SAP solutions across ERP, data and business applications. McCoy holds SAP Gold Partner status and serves clients in high-tech, manufacturing, public sector, utilities and retail. The acquisition will strengthen Accenture Edge's position in the EMEA mid-market whilst expanding SAP modernisation capabilities in the Netherlands. The deal is subject to regulatory approvals. Financial terms were not disclosed.
