Requirements
  • 5+ years’ experience as a technical analyst, developer, or integration specialist working with Oracle technologies (Oracle Cloud ERP, EBS, OCI, OIC, APEX, VBCS)
  • Strong expertise with BI Publisher, OTBI, SQL, and PL/SQL
  • Proven experience designing and delivering integrations in Oracle Integration Cloud, including REST APIs, SOAP services, and file-based integrations
  • Good working knowledge of Oracle Cloud Financials modules (GL, AP, AR, FA, CM)
  • Demonstrable experience in integration architecture, system design, and technical documentation
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with the ability to diagnose complex issues across applications and integrations
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to translate technical concepts into business-friendly language
  • Experience working collaboratively with cross-functional teams and engaging stakeholders at multiple levels
  • Prior line management or technical leadership experience
Responsibilities
  • Manage, coach, and develop a Junior Oracle Developer, providing technical guidance and ensuring alignment with team priorities
  • Champion best practices in coding, documentation, testing, and integration architecture
  • Lead the design, development, and maintenance of integrations within Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC), including REST, SOAP, file-based, and event-driven integrations
  • Architect scalable, resilient integration solutions that support finance business processes
  • Manage and maintain the Oracle Cloud Infrastructure (OCI) environment supporting the ERP and integration landscape
  • Oversee the end-to-end lifecycle of integrations, including monitoring, troubleshooting, optimisation, and version management
  • Ensure data accuracy, reliability, and integrity across interconnected systems
  • Implement automation and infrastructure improvements, leveraging OCI services where appropriate
  • Monitor system performance, security, and resource utilisation, recommending improvements proactively
  • Design, build, and maintain custom reports and dashboards using BI Publisher, OTBI, and related Oracle reporting tools
  • Support the data replication and extract processes between Oracle Cloud and Spreadsheet Server/Angles using BICC
  • Work with business users to translate reporting needs into scalable, efficient data solutions
  • Act as a trusted technical advisor to the business, recommending enhancements, integrations, and reporting improvements that drive efficiency
