- Serve as the main point of contact between staff and the Practice Area Manager.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and internal policies, including inventory management and financial analysis.
- Monitor staff training and development needs, implementing retraining programs and education sessions for staff and providers, including compliance with training requirements such as Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support and Basic Life Support.
- Serve as a resource for staff and address concerns proactively.
- Collaborate with Patient Access, Revenue Cycle, and Marketing teams to improve patient experience, streamline operations, and support business growth.
- Assist the Practice Area Manager in conducting regular reviews with providers and staff to assess practice performance, identify improvement opportunities, and develop action plans.
- Conduct monthly meetings with practice teams to enhance communication and ensure alignment on development expectations.
- Perform all practice functions except licensed positions.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
- A bachelor's degree, or equivalent experience, is preferred.
- Experience in a medical office or clinic within the healthcare field.
