  • The FCIT Business Development team is a dynamic group of professionals responsible optimizing our market presence and business growth within the Federal Civilian government sector.
  • Our teams are fast-paced, strategic and highly motivated to win and capture new business.
  • Successful candidates typically have a high-energy level, strong enthusiasm, passion for innovative thinking, a competitive edge, and strong communication skills.
  • We offer intern assignments in the following BD functional areas: Capture Strategy and Support, Business Operations, Market Planning & Support, Proposal Operations, Capture Excellence.
