  • 3+ years of instructional design, elearning, and project management experience in a fast-paced, high-growth, and high-output environment
  • Proficiency in Instructional Technologies and eLearning tools: i.e. Articulate 360, learning experience platforms, etc. - is a must
  • Proficiency turning complex content into interactive, visually-appealing, and engaging learning experiences under tight deadlines (instructor led classroom training, online classroom, job aids, and self-paced eLearning modules along with facilitator guides and talking tracks)
  • Comfort with ambiguity, technology, and the challenge of working at a fast-paced growing startup
  • Ability to manage and prioritize multiple projects, deliverables, and competing priorities with a proven record of success
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including training content development and presentation
  • Ability to translate feedback into improvements for oneself, team, content, and process
  • Own the design, development, implementation, and iteration of courses and programs for a variety of audiences and delivery types, including classroom based, online self-paced, blended, mobile, and peer to peer methodologies
  • Create effective eLearnings and facilitator materials to help grow and scale our Travel Experience teams
  • Support, lead, and/or work with stakeholders and subject matter experts through the collaborative design process, liaising with product managers and stakeholders to ensure effective design, development, and implementation
  • Collaborate with cross functional teams to find new ways to produce content that scales and resonates with our increasingly growing teams
  • Provide feedback on the learning effectiveness of existing or newly created content
  • Conduct needs analysis to determine learning and performance objectives and scalable instructional strategies and solutions
  • Establish internal curriculum review process to support the continual improvement of the training experience
