Requirements
  • Bachelor’s degree with a preferred discipline in Business Administration or Management; 4 years of experience may be substituted for the degree.
  • 5 years of relevant experience. Master’s Degree may be substituted for 2 years of experience.
  • Excellent attention to detail.
  • Must have strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite including Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and file sharing applications.
  • Must possess a professional attitude, and learning skills.
  • Demonstrate excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to competently deal with changing requirements.
Responsibilities
  • Performing professional level tasks, both formal and informal, requiring independent judgment, initiative, and tact while demonstrating a high level of attention to detail.
  • Drafting and tracking correspondence.
  • Extensive use of Microsoft Office 365 including Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
  • Performing timekeeping for federal employees.
  • Assisting with meeting setup, including webinars and video conferences.
  • Preparing reports and making recommendations for actions.
  • Creating complex travel arrangements and vouchers in the Concur system.
  • Performing project management duties, event planning, and, as assigned, other duties.
