Requirements
- Have operated with extreme discipline, organization and efficiency in highly complex global supply chain ecosystems
- Have strong analytical skills to ensure we improve efficiency as the business evolves. You have likely built the model to understand metrics like average cost per order, total order cycle time and many more
- Have led direct teams, preferably global teams
- Have managed relationships with 3PL and freight partners globally
- You have the experience and analytical skills to set the vision, but you're also not afraid to roll up your sleeves and get things done
- Have experience working cross functionally within your previous organizations. You've likely worked with engineering, marketing, sales, channel partners and many more to understand business priorities and ensure we have a supply chain to meet those needs
- Are comfortable working with a complex ERP system to ensure accurate inventory management and order to cash processes. We use Netsuite
- Are passionate about removing waste from the supply chain and continuous improvement in everything we do
- Have the ability to see the big picture (company strategy), distill that to how your supply chain supports (objectives) and drive actions that result in positive change (initiatives)
Responsibilities
- Lead a global team of aprox 12 professionals with a presence in the Americas, EMEA and APAC
- Manage 3PL partners globally including warehouse and transportation providers
- Ensure on-time delivery of goods direct to consumer and through channel partners
- Tight operational controls to optimize cost and service levels throughout the supply chain
- Efficient management of supply chain disruptions & new business opportunities
- Optimize inventory & cost while maximizing service to our customers
- Engage and lead strategic Go To Market changes in our business
- Evolve our global footprint as products, services and customer needs change
