  • Four-year degree in accounting, business or a related field
  • 10 + years in commercial Accounts Receivable
  • 5+ years in a management capacity leading, influencing and motivating teams
  • 5+ years currently working with an ERP system such as SAP and Oracle
  • Strong problem analysis and solving skills
  • Demonstrated process improvements
  • Proven ability to mentor and train coworkers
  • Ability to professionally manage difficult customer communications
  • Excellent Excel skills including formulas, graphs, and linked spreadsheets
  • Ability to establish specific objectives & goals, develop policies and procedures

Responsibilities
  • Lead, inspire, motivate and influence a staff of Accounts Receivable professionals
  • Responsible for overseeing the billing and cash application functions
  • Act as a partner with Twist’s corporate bank to streamline the cash applications process
  • Collaborate and build proactive, positive relationships with business partners, peers, managers, and customers
  • Balance workloads and optimize team structure and resources
  • Maintain a robust SOX controls framework and adherence to Accounts Receivable policies and procedures
  • Review systems and processes within the organization to drive efficiency and effectiveness
  • Collaborate with the Sr. Director, Credit and Collections to set the strategic direction for the team
  • Provide robust reporting and metrics to analyze and improve productivity
  • Review and approve transactions for completeness, accuracy, and SOX control compliance
  • Create an inclusive culture that facilitates employee success and engagement
