Requirements
  • MUST be located in East Coast or Central Time Zones
  • 1-3 years of professional sales experience, including conducting outbound prospecting and demonstrated success in closing new business
  • Experience selling into small and midsize businesses (e.g. doctors, restaurants, bars, etc.)
  • Excited to conduct 90+ cold calls while in ramp, 60+ cold calls once ramped
  • Ability to ask thoughtful questions, listen actively and empathize with the buyer
  • Demonstrated track record of meeting or exceeding sales quota
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to learn quickly and become a subject matter expert
Responsibilities
  • Own the full sales cycle from prospecting to close
  • Leverage existing proven sales strategies to promote Torch’s platform and close new business
  • Prospect and conduct discovery to understand customer needs in depth
  • Effectively pitch the Torch solution and work to onboard customers onto the Torch platform
  • Own your own territory and have significant autonomy over day-to-day decision-making
