Requirements
  • A minimum of 3 years’ experience in a customer-centric role.

Responsibilities
  • Generate and compile reports for OneTrack clients as needed.
  • Assist with OneTrack installation setups, including data preparation.
  • Monitor PAR levels for select OneTrack clients.
  • Track and report on customer-owned equipment statuses.
  • Identify and communicate issues to appropriate departments.
  • Collaborate with the IT department on report development to support sales and operations in OneTrack asset management.
  • Provide tech support for MMS' OneTrack client base.
  • Train customers and McKesson sales personnel on OneTrack usage, reports, and tools.
  • Identify opportunities to improve equipment utilization through inventory management analysis.
  • Conduct online training and retraining for OneTrack users as necessary.
  • Perform additional duties as identified by the Supervisor of Equipment Management Services.
  • Willingness to work overtime on short notice.
  • Develop and maintain documentation to ensure best business practices across all disciplines.
