  • Investigate accidents, incidents, and near misses to determine root causes and recommend preventive measures
  • Maintain records of health and safety incidents, inspections, and compliance activities
  • Develop and conduct safety training programs for all employees
  • Develop and maintain emergency response plans
  • Coordinate with CNESST to ensure compliance with health and safety requirements
  • Conduct job hazard analysis (JHAs) and ergonomic assessments
  • Ensure safety equipment is maintained and in good working order
