Requirements
  • Experience as a Certified Beaker analyst or builder.
  • A bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business, or another healthcare-related field.
  • Two to five years of relevant experience within a healthcare environment.
  • Three to five years of relevant Information Systems analyst experience.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Well-developed written, verbal, and presentation communication skills, including deep listening and attention to detail.
  • Ability to self-motivate and self-direct.
  • Strong time management and organizational skills.
  • Commitment and adherence to company core values.
Responsibilities
  • Perform operational support, maintenance, and system configuration as defined in departmental operating procedures.
  • Identify, analyze, and resolve data and system issues of advanced complexity.
  • Gather requirements, develop specifications, and prepare and review documentation.
  • Develop, validate, and execute comprehensive test plans.
  • Communicate effectively, negotiate changes, and assist in prioritizing tasks with clients.
  • Serve as a subject matter expert in the relevant application or domain when designated.
  • Educate and coach other team members.
  • Understand and comply with enterprise and Information Systems departmental information security policies, procedures, and standards.
