Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute multi-channel demand generation campaigns across digital and offline channels, including paid media, direct mail, etc. to maximize acquisition and pipeline growth while driving retention and engagement
  • Drive website optimization efforts aimed at enhancing user experience, increasing web performance, and improving conversion rates through data-driven A/B testing and CRO strategies
  • Establish and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the effectiveness of marketing initiatives
  • Develop nurture campaigns that guide new leads through the sales cycle and accelerate acquisition for new sign-ups
  • Provide the sales team with the right tools, insights, and collateral to empower them in converting leads into patients
  • Measure and optimize Cost Per Acquisition (CPA) and Return on Advertising Spend (ROAS) to ensure efficient spending and high returns
  • Provide clear visibility and analytics on funnel metrics, channel performance, and conversion rates, reporting weekly and quarterly on lead generation effectiveness to the leadership team
  • Utilize Salesforce for customer relationship management, ensuring accurate tracking and reporting of leads and patient conversions
  • Employ Google Analytics and Tableau to analyze website performance, user behavior, and campaign effectiveness, creating dashboards to visualize key metrics
  • Leverage marketing automation platforms to streamline campaign execution and lead nurturing processes
  • Implement A/B testing and multivariate testing strategies to optimize marketing campaigns and user experiences

Kristen Helton is no stranger to the healthcare needs of patients. After co-founding biosensor company Profusa, she went on to work at Amazon, where she helped found and lead the company’s Amazon Care division in 2019.During the next three years, there was a focus on creating a positive experience for patients. And though the company deployed a feedback loop in order to make experiences even better, Helton found that patients would still say they weren’t satisfied.When Amazon Care shut down in 2022, Helton decided to find a way to address that dissatisfaction, focusing on a demographic where she felt care was lacking: care for women aged 65 and older.She founded Herself Health last year, touting it as “the first healthcare company” built just for this population of patients.“Women are not feeling heard, and they’re not well served,” Helton told TechCrunch. “It takes a long time to get an appointment with their doctor, and women are feeling rushed to tell them everything in 10 minutes. As a result, they don’t feel well cared for and pushed to the next step without their doctors having the time to really understand what their needs are.
