  • 10-12 years of relevant experience working as a product owner/product manager/business analyst
  • 3-4 years of experience in the media industry, preferably music industry
  • Experienced in coaching and building Agile teams
  • Good to have Agile certifications
  • Industry certifications related to Product Management- CSPO/Safe POPM etc.
  • Exceptional organizational, presentation, and communication skills- both verbal and written
  • Extensive knowledge of Microsoft Office
  • Must be self-motivated, responsive, professional, and dedicated to customer success
  • Possess an innovative, problem-solving, and solutions-oriented mindset
  • Demonstrated ability to learn quickly, be a team player, and manage change effectively
Responsibilities
  • Act as ‘the’ business owner and key strategic consultant for the clients
  • Identify key business impacting use cases, prioritize them, and build a roadmap of the use cases which can be implemented to build solutions solving customer problems
  • Gather and groom functional and non-functional requirements which can be fed to design and engineering teams
  • Own and run agile ceremonies such as Backlog grooming, Sprint planning
  • Collaborate with UI/UX team to build detailed wireframes and designs
  • Work closely with the technical consultants to ensure implementation best practices are followed and optimize the implementation, if needed
  • Gather, document, and help form/guide KPIs and how to measure them
  • Support internal technical consultants, client's developers, and third parties throughout the implementation process from a business perspective
