FedEx has priced $1.1 billion and €2 billion of senior notes across three maturities, adding approximately $3.43 billion of gross funding capacity. The bonds comprise a $1.1 billion note due September 2036 with a 5.750% coupon, €1.1 billion at 4.000% due in 2030, and €900 million at 4.625% due in 2034. Combined annual interest totals roughly $162.94 million at filing exchange rates. The timing coincides with FedEx's planned 37% stake in InPost, valued at about €2.20 billion. However, bond documents do not earmark these proceeds for the acquisition, expanding general liquidity instead. FedEx reported $13.31 billion of cash and equivalents and $23.46 billion of long-term debt for the year ended 31 May. The company says proceeds may fund general corporate purposes, including debt repayment. Delivery is expected 14 September.
FedEx has launched a Shopify app called FedEx Duty and Tax to eliminate surprise import charges for cross-border shoppers. Available for $99 monthly, the tool displays a guaranteed duty and tax amount during checkout. FedEx covers costs if actual charges exceed the quoted amount, though no refunds are issued if charges are lower. The app is part of FedEx's Global Trade Navigator suite, designed to assist shippers throughout international shipping processes. According to FedEx's 2026 Small Business Trade Index, 68% of small- and medium-sized businesses report customers facing unexpected delivery fees. FedEx joins competitors UPS and cross-border platform Zonos in offering similar services. Jason Brenner, FedEx's SVP of digital portfolio, indicated the company plans to expand the app beyond Shopify.
FedEx Corporation's stock has risen 71.2% over the past 52 weeks and 33.8% year-to-date, outperforming both the ProShares Supply Chain Logistics ETF and competitor United Parcel Service. The Memphis-based logistics company, with a market capitalisation of $73.18 billion, reached a 52-week high of $345.36 on 15 June but has since declined 10.5%. The stock slipped 6.8% over the past three months as investors responded to margin pressure and corporate restructuring efforts. FedEx is streamlining operations through its Network 2.0 initiative, which combines parts of its Express and Ground operations and has led to some US location closures. In its fourth quarter ended 31 May, revenue increased 13% year-over-year to $25.01 billion, whilst earnings per share fell 4% to $6.60 as restructuring costs rose faster than revenues.
FedEx signs MOU with Delivered Korea to empower k-culture exports. Federal Express Corporation (FedEx), one of the world's largest express transportation companies, has signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) with Delivered Korea, a leading cross-border shopping and fulfillment provider specializing in K-culture goods. The agreement reinforces the company's commitment to supporting Korean businesses as global demand for K-culture goods continues to expand, particularly in the U.S. and Europe. According to the National Logistics Information Center, South Korea's e-commerce exports reached USD 1.00353 billion in the first half of 2026, a 50.1% year-on-year increase and the first time the country has surpassed USD 1 billion in a six-month period.[1] The strong growth was fueled by robust global demand for consumer goods, including K-pop, K-beauty and K-fashion related products.[2] As international demand for Korean products continues to rise, FedEx is strengthening its support for Delivered Korea's global logistics operations through FedEx(R) International Connect Plus (FICP), a day-definite e-commerce solution that combines speed and reliability with end-to-end tracking, proactive notifications, and flexible delivery options through FedEx Delivery Manager(R) International. In addition, FedEx helps Delivered Korea streamline and optimize its fulfilment operations through integrated shipping solutions and access to a dedicated team of customs clearance specialists. These capabilities help streamline customs clearance processes, improve operational efficiency, and reduce potential shipping delays. Together, these solutions enable Delivered Korea to scale its global operations, expand into new product categories, and meet rising customer expectations for speed, visibility, and convenience. "We are pleased to collaborate with Delivered Korea to support the growing global demand for K-culture goods. As cross-border e-commerce continues to expand, businesses need agile and reliable logistics solutions to connect with customers worldwide," said Wonbin Park, managing director of FedEx Korea. "By leveraging our global network, digital capabilities, and customs clearance expertise, FedEx is well positioned to help Korean businesses seize international growth opportunities and deliver a seamless customer experience across markets." "This agreement represents an important collaboration that brings together Delivered Korea's cross-border e-commerce capabilities with the global logistics network and customs clearance expertise at FedEx to provide customers with greater convenience," said Jong Ik Kim, CEO of Delivered Korea. "We will continue to strengthen our global delivery capabilities to support Korean sellers in expanding into overseas markets, while providing international consumers with a faster and more reliable K-culture shopping experience."

FedEx introduced Global Trade Navigator to help businesses manage international shipping requirements through a broader digital workflow. The platform combines planning tools, shipment data checks, customs support, and reporting features across several FedEx systems. The launch comes as global merchants face growing complexity around cross-border taxes, customs rules, and shipment documentation. FedEx used its 2026 Small Business Trade Index to highlight recurring problems for smaller international sellers. The survey found 68% of businesses regularly encounter customers surprised by duties during delivery. It also found 60% lose revenue through refunds or abandoned purchases linked to unexpected import charges. The company designed the platform to move trade information earlier into the shipping process. Businesses can review requirements before creating labels, sending parcels, or completing online purchases. FedEx expects these tools to reduce clearance problems and improve cost visibility for merchants and customers. Global Trade Navigator adds planning and checkout tools. FedEx Trade Planner will offer free self-service guidance through the company's website without requiring account access. Businesses can search Harmonized System codes and estimate duties, taxes, fees, and required documents. This feature gives shippers clearer information before they prepare international shipments. FedEx Ship Manager will also add stronger checks for product classifications and shipment details. Customers can review customs values, origin information, and Harmonized System code classifications before dispatch. These updates can improve shipment accuracy and reduce errors that delay customs clearance. FedEx also plans a Duty and Tax application for merchants using Shopify. The application will display guaranteed duty and tax amounts during checkout for international orders. This setup gives customers clearer import costs before payment and may reduce surprise charges after delivery. FedEx expands Trade APIs and customs management. FedEx will extend Global Trade Navigator through its Developer Portal for businesses with more complex workflows. Global Trade APIs will provide product classifications, estimated duties, taxes, and regulatory information through existing systems. Enterprises can use these tools without changing their broader shipping and order management processes. The company is also improving its Import Tool and Reporting products for customs management. Customers can review clearance activity, identify required actions, manage payments, and access import and export data. These tools give businesses a more centralized view of international shipment activity and compliance needs. The launch supports FedEx's broader push toward a more connected digital shipping network. Global Trade Navigator links planning, checkout, shipping preparation, customs activity, and reporting within one service framework.
